Ciasto drożdżowe niemieszane! dla kobiet pachnących
Pierwotnie nazwałam ten przepis ciastem drożdżowym dla leniwych. Ale to skrót myślowy, który w dodatku źle świadczy o kobietach, a co jak co, ale to, że jesteśmy leniwe, to chyba ostatnia rzecz, jaką można o nas powiedzieć. Poza tym wcale nie trzeba spędzać godziny na miętoleniu ciasta i ćwiczeniach fizycznych nad garem, żeby zasłużyć na miano pracowitej. Owszem, aromaty podczas tych ćwiczeń wiele rekompensują, ale osobiście wolę wrzucić do naczynia to i owo, a to i owo resztę załatwi samo. Tak. To przepis – objawienie. W pakiecie mamy zaoszczędzony czas i dom tonący w obłędnym zapachu masła i drożdży. Zatem, do dzieła!
SKŁADNIKI:
Ciasto:
1 szklanka mleka 3, 2%
4 jajka
½ kostki drożdży, czyli 50 g
szklanka cukru
3 – 4 szczypty soli
szklanka oleju
½ kg mąki pszennej
zapach cytrynowy do ciast
Kruszonka:
¼ kostki miękkiego masła
¼ szklanki cukru pudru
trochę więcej niż ¼ szklanki mąki tortowej
odrobina drożdży (dzięki nim kruszonka nie jest twarda)
szczypta soli
zapach cytrynowy do ciast
SPOSÓB PRZYGOTOWANIA:
Ciasto ,,nastawiamy” dzień wcześniej. Wieczorem do naczynia (najlepiej nie metalowego) dodajemy w odpowiedniej kolejności następujące składniki (nie mieszamy ich!): szklankę mleka, rozbełtane jajka i pokruszone drożdże. Po całej powierzchni rozsypujemy cukier, nie zapominamy o soli. Delikatnie polewamy całość olejem i przykrywamy naczynie, które zostawiamy w ciepłym pomieszczeniu na całą noc – w praktyce oznacza to tyle, że w kuchni nie powinno być specjalnie zimno, nie zostawiamy też otwartego okna.
Następnego dnia o poranku najpierw robimy kruszonkę i przygotowujemy dwie wąskie formy lub jedną dużą (wykładamy papierem do pieczenia), ustawiamy piekarnik na 160 stopni i bierzemy się za dokończenie ciasta. Do masy wsypujemy mąkę, dodajemy zapach i krótko i delikatnie mieszamy całość drewnianą łyżką. Rozdzielamy ciasto do form (po około 4 chochle do jednej), posypujemy niewielką ilością kruszonki (żeby nie upadło!) i wstawiamy do pieca na około 45-50 minut. Temperaturę podaję orientacyjnie, celuję w mój piekarnik, który jest dość osobliwy. Ale podpowiadam, żeby nie ustawiać pieca na wysokie temperatury (np. 180 stopni), bo ciasto objętościowo nie jest zbyt duże i można je łatwo przypalić.
Wykonanie kruszonki nie jest niczym skomplikowanym. Po prostu łączymy składniki, ugniatając je tak, żeby powstały okruszki. Można też zrobić kruszonkę z połowy kostki masła i odpowiednio większej ilości składników, a połowę zamrozić, żeby mieć na następny raz. Zresztą zwykle nie wykorzystuję całej porcji, w obawie, że ciasto nie wyrośnie.
I co, prawda, że żadna filozofia? Do mycia tylko jedno naczynie, człowiek się nie napracuje, a efekty… Zamiast kruszonki, możemy obłożyć ciasto bardzo cieniutko pokrojonymi płatkami jabłek, które delikatnie pociągamy wzburzonym jajkiem, żeby błyszczały. Szaleństwo! Jemy posmarowane masłem – tłuszcz potrzebny do produkcji hormonów plus witamina A. Żadne margaryny, chemię zostawiamy do czyszczenia łazienki, nie do jedzenia…
